Situated in Barão de São João, this holiday home is 47 km from Albufeira. The unit is 10 km from Lagos. Built in 2006, in a spot where once existed a ruin and its fig tree, the house maintains the simplicity of southern architecture, with traditional materials. The interior has an open living/dining/kitchen space on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The upper floor has high ceilings and plenty of light. Each room has a bathroom and a kettle. There´s an old wooden bench outside, for a late-afternoon or evening glass of wine or a beer. The property's street is a quiet residential area. Espiche Golf is a short drive away, as is the Lagos Zoo. Portimão is a 20-minute drive, while Sagres is 30 minutes away by car.. The Via Algarviana hiking trail passes right through the village. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surroundings, including golfing and hiking. The nearest airport is Faro Airport, 73 km from the property.
