We booked this room almost 1 year ago, when we arrived we had separate bookings and request to be in the same floor, the staff in the checkin desk did all they could to help us in a time the hotel was fully booked. The room was very big, we could work from the room apart from organizing our stuff. The rooftop bar has an incredible view. The location is perfect, close to main attractions and to the metro.

The room was charming—small, but average for Europe. Double dormers provided lots of light and air. The bed was big and comfy—firm, but not hard. The bathroom was well appointed and spacious for the room size. The staff were all very helpful, professional and welcoming. The real highlights were the location and the lobby. Browns sits on a small plaza just steps away from the Rua Augusta. Perfect for a walk in any direction and central to pretty much everything we wanted to see. The lobby lounge was a quiet oasis with lots of big comfy chairs in which to sit and enjoy a libation. Breakfast was quite generous and served in a large, open room with lots of natural light.

Very comfortable rooms and size. Location was up high on the hill, so every time you wanted to go to the major squares and sites, you had to go down hills. However there were great restaurants within a 4 min walk.

The location of the hotel was ideal for seeing Lisbon. Great restaurants, shopping and sights all in walking distance! The room was a tad on the small size as was the bathroom but not atypical of a tourist hotel. The brealfast was complete and satisfying. The staff was over-the-top great. They all were helpful and friendly!
