My review is based on the expectations, so bear that in mind. It is a beautiful, clean and spacious home on the portuguese countryside. The large living room at the back of the house is a huge extra. Beautiful portuguese furniture, and the house itself has a flair of antique/old however renewed and modernized for comfort. I recommend you have a car or bike to be able to explore the surrounding and travel around. By car it is extremely well located, really close to Batalha downtown (15 minutes) and Leiria (20 minutes). The beach is also close by :) Last but not least, it was wonderful to gaze at the stars and breathe fresh country air at the backyard. There is even a brick oven should you want to adventure yourself into home baking.
