Casa do Ourives its a 5 bedroom villa offers four spacious bedrooms upstairs sharing two bathrooms: one with a double bed of 1.80m*2.00m, two with double beds of 1.60m*2.00m and one ‘children’ room with two single beds. One bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs with a double bed of 1.80m*2.00m. The greatest asset of the house is the luminous glass living room with lake view, a great hide away to relax or dine after a day. Other common spaces downstairs are a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, a separate toilet, living room with tv + cable channels, study and soccer table. On all sides of the glass living room you can walk into the garden and on to two terraces: a wooden deck looking out over the lake and a terrace next to the barbecue with a nice dining area. The pool with outside shower and four sun chairs offer you the paradise feeling you so much deserve during your holiday. Please note: the extended glass living room the kitchen and two rooms (smallest's) are not centrally heated. We have 3 portable heaters, but it might be chilly outside of summer and spring. The rest of the house is centrally heated. In the bedrooms vans can provide cool air if required.

The rental service is offered by a local agent who is very professional with a personal touch. He will welcome you at the house and facilitate you during your stay if needed. He will also guide your departure and the cleaning service (obligated). The garden and pool need to be maintained throughout the year so during your stay they might need to access the property. You will be notified in advance. This is a family owned private house in which guests will be able to enjoy all the space, equipment, utensils and services available within the property according to the rules of the owner's manuals, environmental awareness and common sense. The guests will also have access to the golf, tennis, tropical pool, restaurants and other services provided by Aroeira Golf Resort but those are not included in the price of the property.

Casa Ourives is a lovely family house with five bedrooms, spacious living areas inside, a beautiful garden overlooking the lake and a private swimming pool. The house is located in the secured area of the Aroeira Golf Resort: a pine forest with a commercial area (supermarket, restaurant, medical service, laundry, etc.), two 18 holes golf courses, tropical swimming pool (great for kids) and four tennis courts. The wide variety of surfing spots in the area is known for great waves during the entire season. Location and surroundings The villa is at 20-25 km from downtown Lisbon and airport, 3 km (walking) from the golden sands of Fonte da Telha, 50 km from Cascais, 11 km from Costa de Caparica (great for surfing), 27 km from Lagoa de Albufeira (wind- and kitesurf) and 30 km from Sesimbra (nice coastal fisherman’s village).
