Entire apartment, bottom floor of house on small farm outside of Batalha. Very comfortable, close to Batalha Monastery, Fatima, Nazaré, Alcobaça, Leiria. Hosts very friendly. Lovely small garden in back, guests encouraged to enjoy and feed the animals (shelled corn provided) - chickens, ducks, hamsters, rabbit, goats, sheep, and pony that they let kids ride. Rooms look out on the garden and small olive, grape, and grazing fields. Just delightful, very peaceful.
DIFFERENT HOTEL DEFINITELY!!! This one is the worst ever!
DIFFERENT HOTEL DEFINITELY!!! This one is the worst ever! poor location, high prices for the location and quality! Bad SPA and Wellness timings and access! No management thinking and staff playing around!

The monastery / cathedral was great.
The monastery / cathedral was great. And there was a great little flea market Sunday morning in the adjacent parking lot focused on antiques. I had dinner in an excellent restaurant across from my hotel, just behind the monastery and was really rather impressed. And of course Super Bock was available everywhere.

Lovely place to visit.
Lovely place to visit. The monastry is impressive and the surroudings are very nice. It is a quiet place to stay 1 or 2 days. Taking a coffee and portuguese pastries on a terrace, in front of the monastry is very delightful...
The hotel is located a few tens of metres from the monastery, so is ideal for anyone visiting.
I ride a bike and arrived about noon. They let me leave my bike and luggage in the hotel so I could spend the afternoon sightseeing.
The room was spacious and well equipped with a good bathroom. Best of all was the Aircon also heated.
Due to COVID, breakfast was a bit packaged, but fresh and adequate. Great view of the monastery from the breakfast room.
Cheap kebab shop almost next door, for those in a budget.
The staff was the highest quality when it comes to customer service. They take that extra step to make you feel welcome. For example, we arrived in late afternoon hungry and tired around 4pm. The staff offered to make us a meal. My husband and I ordered one of everything. It was the best meal we have had in Portugal. We were so impressed that we stayed additional day.
Our host was also a tour guide. Every suggestion she gave us we did. For example, cave exploring in a local nearby cave. 5 stars.
This is such a wonderful place. We kinda stopped by whit zero expectations to get confronted whit an super duper desiner bunker. Such a awesome place ! We had the hole place for us alone stocked whit everything you need to have a great time. We really enjoyed the trust the vibe an environment around. If you can you definitely should stay here. Its the perfect place for a group of friends staying between Lisboa and Porto! Thanks for the experience we will come back for sure.

Funky split level hotel on the side of a hill, very near to the monastery, there is a lift to the ground floor which is at the base of the hill. Lovey room, friendly staff with excellent restaurant recommendation. Be aware there are two areas to park, the one by the reception only has 3 spaces, but there is a larger one at the base of the hill. There are indoor and outdoor pools, and a kid's play room.
This place was amazing! One of our favourite places ever, and we’ve stayed in many. It’s a smaller place but they’ve managed the space very well and thought if all the little details. Also tea, coffee, hot choc and water for us. Very thoughtful and wonderful staff. Exceptionally clean and comfy, fabulous shower. Excellent location!
Location was perfect. Right next to the monastery. We had dinner which was very good but left too early for breakfast. The room was spacious and well laid out with the most comfortable bed of our 11 day trip in Portugal. The only negative is the lack of amenities in the bathroom. Staff was welcoming and accommodating.
The location is splendid; you have a very nice view of Batalha a couple of kilometers down, in front of a very interesting swimming pool and inside a field of olive trees.
Staff was extremely polite, facilities were very confortable and clean.
Every morning a different breakfast surprised me.
Will repeat, surely.
It was perfect. The view of the monastery right outside our window is a memory I shall never forget. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and the host Gonzales was very pleasant and professional. Parking was easy on the street and about 2 minutes, to walk on the flat.
Host was super friendly and talkative. Bathroom was really clean and looked nice. Room was small but very comfy and well equiped. I would come back for a longer stay if I had a chance. Really great place with space to park the car and the kitchen equped enough to cook yourself.
Wonderful views all round terraces, great walking through vineyards to village, also avocado, lemon, lime, orange, kaki and apple trees. Great recreational facilities: swimming pool, pool table, table football etc, good bbq facilities , lots of space, well-equipped kitchen
Loved the convenient location. Gorgeous view of the Batalha monestary. Plenty of space for a couple and adult child, appreciated the clothes washing machine, overall A+++ wonderful. The lovely doggy in the courtyard was a plus too 😍.
