It looks just like the pictures. Clean modern IKEA furniture throughout was comfortable. It is small, but having a washing machine is very handy. Just be warned, it takes a long time for clothes to air dry. Nice big trees across the road in the rotunda with the Monumento aos Heróis da Guerra Peninsular makes your view out the window feel like you’re not in a busy urban area. The location is great if you have any reason to go to Casa da Música, which we did, for a show. The Casa da Música metro station was under construction, like many were in Porto when we visited, but it is easy to use to get to the main tourist areas. It is a nice neighborhood with many cafes, restaurants, and a nice food court and grocery store located in the Mercado Bom Sucesso. The are two taxi stands along the rotunda, so super easy if you want to use instead of the metro.
