We had to leave before breakfast. The room are clean but very bare bones. There were no instructions on where to park and I ended up getting a ticket for parking in a residential area overnight. Minimum of 60EUR fine on the process.

Very friendly and family oriented people.
Very friendly and family oriented people. The Arena Shopping is nice but not exceptional. The staff are for the most part helpful. The town has everything you need. Plenty of groceries stores, cinemas and restaurants. I recommend you rent a car to get around and see the beautiful towns around Turcifal. Otherwise after a few days you will get bored. They have a very slow paced life.

Breakfast is good, room was good and seemed renovated but used, indoor pool is also good, but the chairs need some maintenance. Facilities meet the expectation. Nothing excels to be honest, it's just borderline acceptable for a 5 star hotel. The biggest plus go for the staff, which are really kind and always there to help.
