In relation to my apartment the advantage is that it sits right on the beach. We have private access to the beach, down the elevator and then have a some stairs, and voila, we are on the beach. This facility is great they can quickly return to the apartment to get something needed. We also have permanent private security if you need help.
I am a big fan of the sea, very early I began to do underwater hunting. Currently I do not because it was banned in Sesimbra, however I continue to dive only to admire the seabed exists :). I like to spend a lot of time at sea or on the beach, it's one of the best things we have to relax, it's simply spectacular.
In Sesimbra and near my neighborhood there is an endless number of desirable things. There is a diving school, there are various activities that can be done from mountaineering (hiking), surfing, climbing, visits to an amphibious boat, historical monuments and the most desirable :) excellent restaurants with good fish, seafood, etc.
