Carefully decorated with the personal signature of it`s owner, an interior designer, this "Boutique Apartment" was projected to provide you an incredible relaxing experience after making the most of your days exploring the city. The upper floor is an open space attic lounge exposed on south direction and meant for making you enjoy the Tagus stunning river view atmosphere. Both from the attic inside - thru it`s tall mirror door`s and windows - and specially from it`s open air terrace. Our main bedroom suite has it`s personal bathroom and a sunroom facing the river with a working space. The second bedroom also accommodates a working space, and it`s guests can use the bathroom the next door on the hall. The down floor living room gathers the meal table and a cable TV, constituting itself as an alternative social area to the upper floor open space attic lounge. Although being the main social and relaxing area, the attic lounge is able to receive two hosts in single beds with the same level of comfort as of the king and double size beds serving the two bedrooms.
I will be available to provide you with all the information requested regarding your holidays. From tips for your days exploring the city and its surroundings to gastronomic, cultural, artistic and nightlife suggestions. All my 40 years experiencing this beloved city, the people and connections i have will be at your service.
Santos neighborhood is located on Lisbon`s south side, facing towards the Tagus river and only 15 minutes walking from downtown. It displays a perfect blend between sophistication and tradition. Showcases portuguese antique arquitecture and traditional commerce, as well as modern restaurants, cafe`s and grocery stores in a local friendly ambience. It`s also named the city`s design district, containing many design studios and it host`s the Ancient Art Museum. It`s very well served by public transportations, although it invites you to roam it`s traditional "calçada portuguesa" sidewalk. Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential hill, surrounded by embassies and big houses with gardens, making it a very peaceful and calm place to relax, only 15 minutes walking from downtown.
