Located right downtown, this 1 BR flat is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and thus is perfect for families or a group of friends traveling to our lovely UNESCO World Heritage City Together! It is comprised of the following: -A bedroom with a double sized bed and comfortable linen. Although not pictured, there's a floor fan for the hot days. -A spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2, a TV, dining area for 4 and another floor fan. -A fully equipped kitchen that comes with all the amenities you may require to prepare a delicious homecooked meal during your stay like oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen appliances, etc. There's also a washing machine. -A bathroom with a bathtub/shower, toilet, a sink and mirror. Towels, toilet paper and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience! *Please note that the keys for the flat must be picked up at our office at Rua Sá da Bandeira 501* It is important to mention that Check-ins after 9PM are subject to a 15 euro surcharge, and from 11pm to a 30 euro surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival.

The apartment is located on one of the liveliest streets of Porto, right in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is also very safe and is closely located to every iconic landmark of the city. There are plenty of interesting sites to visit around the area, such as Mercado do Bolhão (the last traditional market of Porto), São Bento train station and Lello bookshop can be found here. It is the best neighborhood in Porto for: solo travelers; young couples; or groups of friends traveling together. Places worth visiting nearby: - Aliados Avenue - Tower and Church of Clérigos - Lello bookstore - São Bento train station – typical Portuguese tiles can be found on the inside - S.
