Apartment located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a century-old building (1935) recently renovated (06/2017), also featuring a private garden of approximately 82m2. It is located in the heart of the city of Porto, close to some of the city's main tourist attractions such as the Coliseu do Porto, Café Majestic, Rua de Santa Catarina and Mercado do Bolhão. It has a spacious and bright living room, equipped with air conditioning, which gives access to a fully equipped kitchen, and a large private garden. It has 2 bedrooms; the main bedroom (suite) consists of a double bed, and is equipped with TV and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower; the secondary bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be pushed together if requested) and access to a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and also in the garden area. The apartment has a physical and online complaints book. If you would like access to additional information, please contact us. note: - For those who choose to sleep on the sofa bed, we ask that you let us know when booking, so that we can provide bed linen. - If this request occurs only during check-in, an additional amount will be charged. - For guests who will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, please note that there will be light at dawn. - For stays longer than 7 days, the host provides a weekly cleaning service at a cost. - For stays longer than 7 days, there is no replacement of amenities other than those already existing at check-in.
Very central apartment, in the heart of the city of Porto, close to the Church of Santo Ildefonso, Rua de Santa Catarina (Mercado do Bolhão and Café Majestic), Torre dos Clérigos, and Livraria Lello. It is 15 minutes (on foot) from Ribeira do Porto. On the street where the apartment is located, and in the surrounding streets there is a wide range of gastronomic options. Close to the 24 de Agosto metro station, the S.Bento train station, and the Poveiros parking lot.
