Company info

Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way possible.

Featuring a superb large heated indoor pool and amazing leisure and social area, Vila Luzia is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, attention to detail is evident everywhere. From Duresta sofas to Carpe Diem beds (as used by the Swedish Royal Family) supreme comfort is assured throughout. The open-plan lounge/dining is vast (12,5m X 5,7m) and offers two ample seating areas and an elegant dining table. French windows lead onto the garden and front terrace. Featured in a corner is a large flat screen TV with cable channels, surround sound system and DVD. The kitchen is large, contemporary and very well equipped, with 4-ring electric hob, built-in electric oven, dishwasher, double-door American style fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. A breakfast table benefits from the views to the hills and ocean through the French doors that lead to the front terrace. A flat screen cable TV allows you to keep up with the news at breakfast time. A separate barbecue room features a bread oven, traditional Madeira barbecue for grilling espetada and electric hob and sink.

Neighborhood info

The nearest facilities (a bakery and café) are a mere 300 metres away, and the town centre is 1Km away. A downhill walk into town will take approximately 15 minutes to the main shopping area and market. Access to the motorway is only a 3-minute drive, allowing you to easily explore the island. The airport is an easy 20 minutes along the motorway.
