2 minute walk to Lello Bookshop Luggage storage shop available at ground level. Historic Area classified as World Heritage by UNESCO - Nearby Clerigos, Rua das Flores and Lello Bookshop. Public underground Parking available in Cardosa and Praca de Lisboa (SABA) - Approx 20-25 euro per day. Both parkings are about 120 meters from apartment. Renovated (2018) Apartment located in a quiet but lively area in the historic city centre of Porto. Area : 83 m2 + Balcony 2nd floor (with elevator and staircase) 2 bedrooms with double beds (4 persons) incl. Linnen Bathroom with walk in shower incl. towels Living room with Sofa bed (2 persons) Dining table with 6 chairs Kitchen with all appliances Ac unit for heating and cooling Elevator and staircase Intercom WIFI connection Smart TV
Your hosts are Yolanda (Portuguese) and Sebastiaan (Dutch). They create the highest quality for their guests and their short stay in Porto. First they make your stay in the apartment as comfortable as possible and guide you through the apartment and inform you how things work and where to find. They will give you the information you need for the tourist attractions in the neigbourhood. They will make you fall in love with Porto as they did once too and still are.
The neighbourhood, Vitoria is the best in Porto! Vitória is one of the four districts within the UNESCO World Heritage Classified Zone of Porto, the others being São Nicolau, Sé, and Miragaia. A major landmark of Vitória is the Clérigos Tower ("Torre dos Clérigos"). What to find in the near area. Torres de Clerigos, Lello Bookshop, Rua das Flores, Sao Bento Train station, Ribeira and the Douro, The wine caves, Pont Luis, The views (and there are some spectacular views), Aliados, St Catherina shopping street, Cafe Majestic. It is all possible within minutes of walking. If you want to have a lazy day.... take the electric historic tram nearby the Palacia da Bolsa and make a trip among the Douro to the beaches of Foz do Douro....and so many other interesting places to see. One week wouldn't be enough! You need to come back again!
