Company info

At your arrival somebody of our team will be in the apartment waiting for you. We will give you all the instructions you need and some tips about the city you just need to ask. Also when we send you our first email with the instructions to arrive we will also send you a city tour guide. You will have our phone numbers, so if you have any problem or need any tip during your stay (restaurants, museums, etc...) we can help you. In case of any problem in the apartment we ask all our guests to inform us until 7pm so we can have time to solve it.

This newly refurbished luxury apartment was built with a mix of antique and modern design, thinking not only on the well-being of our guests, but also to provide them with a different stay experience. Equipped to host a family of 6 adults with 3 spacious bedrooms, having a large double bedroom, and 2 bedrooms with two single beds, one of them with direct access to the garden. The apartment offers 2 fully equipped marble bathrooms and a social bathroom. The bright, comfortably decorated traditional living room has direct access to the 100m2 terrace equipped with a dining area, a sitting area and a barbecue. The green dining room is located just next to the fully equipped kitchen. Complementing your stay is a dryer and washing machine, cable channels, wi-fi and heating.

Neighborhood info

Set in a typical neighborhood of Lisbon, this quiet neighborhood is changing retaining its original character, assuming one of the most trendy neighborhoods of Lisbon along with the nearby Principe Real. You can witness this transformation in small shops, restaurants and antique shops, and in the urban rehabilitation of ancient palaces. It is the perfect place to visit the city because you are 7minutes away from Baixa-Chiado (downtown), 3 minutes from Bairro Alto and 4 minutes away from Principe Real. 3 minutes from the apartment you will find the Assembly of the Republic and the Palácio de São Bento, the official residence of the Portuguese Prime Minister.
