Formidably decorated, this wonderful apartment has a spacious and bright living room, with fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms with comfortable double bed, two bathrooms and balcony on both sides of the building, which gives a superb view of this city! ￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

This duplex apartment is characterized by its marvelous location, 10 minutes walk from the formidable Rua de Santa Catarina and Campo 24 de Agosto, which is of stunning beauty. Rua de Santa Catarina, Porto's most important shopping area with 1500 meters of length, has as main characteristics its elegance and romance that are felt at every step, every boutique of excellent taste, every traditional shop. Characterized, also, by its striped stone paths and its always lively crowd, deceive those who think that only shopping this street is made. It is full of unmissable points of interest, such as the Capela das Almas that is lined with the typical blue tiles of Portugal.
