Room - Spacious for 3 people includes kitchen, dining.table, cookware, dining set. Beds- Comfortable including the extra daybed/cot AC - works ok, takes time to cool Bathroom/Toilet - Clean, spacious and includes toiletries, towels Parking - inside parking and roadside parking available Location - Quiet place away from touristy crowds. Within 5 mins walking distance is a good restaurant. We got carry out and it was a lot of food at a cheap price. We also got fruits from the fruit vendor by the restaurant and they were delicious Breakfast options - Available, we did not try Staff - Welcoming and friendly

The entire property was probably the brainchild of Andre the owner and his family. He is a very capable home and relaxation (hotel) home designer.So the hotel boast too many personal touches and adornments throughout the whole property. From the drive way, which has a gate opener opened by controller that the hotel gives you to the the entire area surrounding the areas adjacent to the reception area is just full of personal touches decorations and ornaments. Pretty hard to describe. Must be there to appreciate everything. Up to this point I have been traveling in Portugal for 20 days and this is definitely the best in home stay and decor that I have seen. You are really made to feel at home whitout a word being said or necessary. Breakfast is handled by another family and it is plentiful and lots of variety. 1 of the few places that I have seen where Milk for lactose intolerant is available. Truly a GEM>

The place was all that we expected. Very nice price for a very nice, clean and comfortable quadruple room for our family. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. As a bonus, we were able park our rental car inside the property. The hotel has more amenities, but as we were only spending the night while traveling through the countryside, we didn't use them (eg. pool, game room, etc)

Staff was beyond friendly, always ensuring we got everything for our family to be comfortable and happy. The breakfast was amazing and dona Helia was the sympathy in person. It was a great long weekend in the Aveiro region. Will return for sure when we want to visit Aveiro again.

This one night accommodation was definitely the highlight of our trip. Super modern casa with taste in everything from sleeping quarters to common and dining areas. We had very rainy day and hosts accepted us way before regular check-in. They have parking available. When we came back from Aveiro in the evening, they surprised us with champagne glasses and cake. The bed was extremely comfortable, rainy shower with jets and very hot water. Buffet breakfast had cheese, ham, salami, eggs, yogurt, cereals and pastries. Absolutely 5 stars accommodation!
