This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment, with communal pool, is located in the centre of Carvoeiro, with a very convenient parking space in the underground parking. The rustic kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and consists of both wall and floor units. There is an electric oven and gas hob should you wish to prepare a meal. A microwave, toaster, kettle and large fridge/freezer are also available. There is a double sink and drainer, as well as plenty of worktops for food preparation. The kitchen dining table can seat four people. The living room/dining room contains a sofa and armchairs in which to relax and watch television. There is also a dining table for six people. Patio doors lead onto the large balcony area, which overlooks the pool. The apartment is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and all the other amenities this delightful town has to offer.

The apartment is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and all the other amenities this delightful town has to offer. The local beach, Praia do Carvoeiro, is a few minute's walk from the property with the beaches of Centeanes, Benagil, Caneiros and Pintadinho (to name a few) just a short drive away. Once a sleepy fishing village, Carvoeiro has become a bustling resort which has retained great charm and is now one of the most popular family destinations in the Algarve. The centre of Carvoeiro is just moments away from the apartment and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away by car.
