Located in a quiet street in downtown Lisbon, the apartment is just a 5 minutes walk from the city's most famous museums and monuments. The constant presence of the sunlight, the exquisite decor and the convenient and privileged location, makes this apartment an amazing choice. *Construction work is going on in the building, and in the adjacent one, with no timetable for completion. *Due to the fact that Lisbon is an ancient and historical city close to the river Tagus, plumbing odors can be expected occasionally in older buildings. This circumstance is out of our control and happens very rarely, but is a possibility when the river tide changes. *During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

One of the great things of staying in Baixa (Downtown Lisbon) is that you can make almost everything by foot. Nevertheless there are a lot of public transportations right around the corner, like the subway and several trams and buses. You can also walk to the railway or boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon, or to other beautiful places like Estoril, Cascais and Sintra.
