Parede is a small town with not much to do.it's a nice place to use as a basis to go around from beach to beach so we went in a few minutes to cascais estoril where it was more interesting and diverse.good for a quiet holiday.the beach is small but beautiful and it has a couple of beach bars to enjoy an amazing sunset.

On the train line between Lisbon and Cascais, this beach...
On the train line between Lisbon and Cascais, this beach town offers quick access to small beaches that are good for surfing or spearfishing, sun bathing and for the kids, with little terrasse bars that serve delicious fish meals, fresh drinks, like the Tres Espanholas bar on praia de Parede which is right next to a very nice SUP and longboard surf school. The town center is small with all needed amenities and good restaurants. From Parede, you can visit nearby Cascais, Sintra, Lisbon etc.
