Property info

This is a modern, family-friendly 2-bedroom apartment with a communal pool and private roof terrace located on a private and gated complex. The apartment is situated close to the Carvoeiro Tennis Club and is an easy distance from beaches, the popular village of Carvoeiro and golf courses. The gardens on this small development are beautifully looked after and there is a lovely communal pool. Although being on the ground floor, this property has a private roof terrace, where there is a barbecue and dining facilities and where you can enjoy the sea view. With two bedrooms, one en-suite, the property has an area of 90 m² and sleeps 4. The kitchen is well-equipped including microwave and dishwasher. The property has wifi and internet television. The living room air conditioning provides heat during the winter.

Neighborhood info

Next door to the apartment is Carvoeiro Tennis Club with 10 tennis courts, gym, swimming pools and a clubhouse serving food and drinks. Close by in the Sesmarias area there are numerous restaurants from a traditional Portuguese Chicken piri piri restaurant, Italian pizzeria and even the Michelin starred Bon Bon restaurant. Lots of choice on the doorstep. There is also a mini-market in Sesmarias convenient for day to day shopping including freshly baked bread. The village of Carvoeiro is a short drive away and offers a host of cafés, bars, shops, numerous superb restaurants, a beach and various activities such as boat trips to the vast array of caves and caverns in the area, a scuba diving centre, kayaking, pedaloes and much much more. The village also hosts many open-air musical events throughout the summer months. Lagoa is also very close with several large supermarkets where you can stock up on favourite items and a modern shopping mall with clothes shops, domestic outlets and restaurants is 20-minutes away. There are two water parks within a 10-minute drive of the property with the theme park Zoomarine not far away, just a 15-minute drive.
