Breakfast was not included but goodies, fruit, coffee, pastries were offered and available. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming and offered a quick tour of the town. Apartment was very efficiently designed with excellent use of minimal space. Beautifully appointed.

The place is absolutely stunning and perfect for families. Lots of things to do for the little ones and also many options for the adults to relax. I loved that there are not too many rules about how to use the space, so kids were fairly free to play and enjoy. As an example, you can actually swim in the natural pool with the frogs, you can take your food and enjoy it on the deck.... The star view from the bed in the dome is amazing!

Stunning views, beautiful place to visit with so much history. The Retiro do Escova restaurant was brilliant, excellent food and great service. I didn't have a car so I depended on public transport which was economic and handy to go to visit other towns nearby.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was beginning to show its age, but functional.We didn't use any of the facilities, so can't comment on those. We were able to park in the small car park outside the hotel.
