Everything! It is a fabulous, quiet place surrounded by gardens. Jose is a wonderful host with much information and a wonderful tour of the property. His assistant, Hugo, is polite and professional. Inside the villa are all the amenities needed, including coffee supplies, a small refrigerator with snacks and food for the breakfast , a very comfortable bed, and a great shower with nice soaps. The special touches of the welcoming port, and the decor inside were so nice. It’s close to walking trails to the castle and old town, and just minutes to a very modern, self serve laundromat. This, and the town of Guimaraes, will be remembered as one of our favorite places to stay in Portugal!
