The property is located in a privileged position for those who want to spend relaxing holidays. At 350 metres from Praia do Vau, our guests will enjoy a swimming pool and a barbecue area with garden furniture. Divided into two floors, with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, the property can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, thanks to the presence of two sofa beds, one in the corridor and another in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the wi-fi connection is present in the whole the house. In the living room with television, library and dining table, guests will find a direct access to the garden. Important to say is that both the living room and the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests will receive keys from the host upon check-in. Vivenda Vau is located 950 metres from Praia de Rocha and 2500 metres from Portimão and the Marina. Nearby there are many supermarkets, restaurants, bars and traditional shops.

Neighborhood info

Portimão is a city in the Faro district, Algarve region and it is an important center of fishing and tourism. Since the prehistory with the megalithic monuments of Alcalar, we pass for the romanization, with the archaeological station of Abicada, near the Figueira, to the appreciation of the city by our portimonense Manuel Teixeira Gomes, at least with canning factory, Portimão has 5000 years of history. Here you can do all kind of water sports, like sailing, wind and kite surfing, and many others. If you are a scuba diver, the navy ships sunk on our coast to create an artificial reef are the last attraction. Obviously we cannot forget the Portimonense Stadium to watch a football match or the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve, really well know for its races events of bikes and cars. Praia da Rocha in the night became in fully street of life and colors, with many bars, restaurants, disco and people from all over the world. The Rio Arade climb has a wonderful view from the flora and fauna of the river until Silves.
