Welcome to Hostel Alegria.

A typical Oporto house dated from around the beginning of the 20th century. It has a beautiful, manicured garden, a terrace with a good tennis table, space for leisure and sociability, wood floors throughout and very spacious rooms with high ceilings and large windows. Our guests have access to the whole house, including the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room. The shower room has been totally renovated. It has separate areas for two showers, lavatory and toilet.

The house is decorated throughout with contemporary art works from artists of different nationalities, which undoubtedly help to produce a different and very pleasant environment, not only in the common areas, but also in each of the sleeping rooms.

Hostel Alegria is located 2 km from central Aliados Avenue in Porto. The Marquês Metro Station is just 400 metres away. The unit has an ample garden and a terrace. This typical Porto home has high ceilings, wooden floors and dates back to the early 20th century.
