- You must have 24 hours after diving before you fly.
- You must be 10 years old + & able to understand safety rules & swim
- You need to fill in a medical form (asthma, pregnant, medication...) this can mean you need a medical from a doctor please review the form on our website / online theory or ask before booking as once you have arrived on the day of the experience and there is a medical issue no refund is given as your space was reserved.
- Refunds are not given once you have started the experience, if the client experiences panic or unable to complete the skills safely in the pool , problems equalizing they can´t go to the sea & there is no refund.
- No Refund is given for late arrival or no show on the date of the experience.
-If we have to cancel due to bad weather or min participants met, a full refund is given or other day offer.
