The House

The Casa da Rochinha is a completely renovated and much esteemed family home.

The first floor has an outside area including a terrace with seaview, a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine), dinning room, living room and a bathroom which is accessed trough the terrace.

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has 2 individual beds wich can also be used as one double bed and a private balcony overviewing the sea. The second and third bedroom each have a single bed, although one of them can accommodate two “average size” adults (width 118cm).

There’s no private parking but it’s easy to find a parking spot on the street just outside the house.

Casa da Rochinha is a comfortable house located in Funchal. It offers a terrace with panoramic views of the landscape and the Atlantic Ocean. Free WiFi is available. Decorated with antique furniture this house will provide guests with a TV and leather sofas. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms and a single bedroom. The 2 private bathroom comes with a bath, a shower, a bidet and a hairdryer. The modern kitchen comes with all the appliances and utensils necessary for guests to prepare their own meals. If guests prefer to dine out they can visit the traditional Madeira restaurant serving local dishes at the Funchal Old Town 750 metres away. Public transportation is available just in front of the property. Madeira International Airport is 17 km away.
