A great experience to swim in the warm mineral water. Also, the drive up there is lavished with green forestry and amazing views! If you get a chance, don´t miss going up to Furnas and taking a dip in Poça da Beija...a warm, mineral water pool. Very therapeutic and tranquilising experience. All of this is within a half hour drive from our holiday home!
