View from the forecourt in front of Lisbon's ruined Convento do Carmo. The convent was destroyed on a Sunday morning in 1755 when a huge earthquake struck. Along with the shell of the church the site is home to the Museu Arqueológico do Carmo (Carmo Archaeological Museum)
