Parque dos Nacoes

The Parque dos Nacoes (Park of Nations) on the eastern edge of the city. In the background is the 13km Vasco da Gama bridge.
The site was completed in 1998 as the site for Expo 98. It includes attractions such as the biggest ocaeanarium in Europe. The tower is also named after Vasco da Gama.
