Looking up from Lisbon's city centre square, Rossio towards the ruins of the Igreja do Carmo. There are several ways of reaching the higher ground from here. One is walking up the steep Rua do Carmo but perhaps the most interesting is by taking the 30 metre Elevador da Santa Justa which is just around the corner.
